The press is built for commercial or hobbyist usages. This machine is designed to run 8 hours a days, 7 days a week.Digital control for timer and temperature setting. Extra wide clam shell opening for easy changing of the T shirt (User loves this feature). Capable of thickness over 1 (T-shirt, sweat shirt, tile, wood plaque, sublimation).
High temperature Non-stick coated heat platen. Scratch resistant powder coated paint. Swivel ready base plate to accommodate thicker item.
Clamp down pressure can be adjusted from low to high. Quiet operation and fast heat up. Excellent construction and mechanical alignment.15" x 15" heating surface. Max temperature over 550 F. Djustable timer and audible sound when preset time has been reached.
Timer/alarm starts automatically when the heat press is engaged. Plugs into regular wall outlet. Operating instruction will be emailed. How to transfer with images to T shirt using light T shirt transfer paper: 1. Insert transfer paper in the color inkjet printer.(we suggest one at a time or manual feed) 2. Print image from your computer to printer. (be sure to set print mode in "mirror") 3.
Heat up the heat press to 195 C or 385 F. Set the timer alarm to 18 seconds. Place t shirt on the heat mat.
Close the top lid down and count to 3 and lift up the lid this burns off moisture/contaminants on T shirt. Place printed image face down on the t shirt. Close the lid and wait for 18 seconds.
Alarm sound and open the lid. Wait for 15 seconds and peel off the paper.
