New Upgraded Flash Dryer Screen Printing Equipment. Superior design, separated electrical control box keeps all the electrical components at very low temperature, prevent the 1000F temperature in the heating compartment passing to the electrical control box, thus prolong the life of all the electrical parts. This is a professionally built brand new flash dryer. It has a 16x16 heating grid opening, wheels, and a standard 110v plug so there is no special wiring required. This unit can be raised or lowered from 30" to 48".

It is very heavy duty. The temperature is over 400 degrees F at distance of 3 below the flash heating element. It can easily cure plastisol ink for silkscreen printing.

The unit is ultra heavy. It has a base diameter that is reasonable (about 38). It can easily roll thru standard 32 door way.

We have a Ranar flash dryer. It is only about 2/3 the weight. It is much lighter so its base has to have a big diameter (over 50) to prevent it from tipping over. (see photo below) This create quite a bit of inconvenience because we keep on tripping or kicking the Ranar flash unit while we are working on silk screen printing. This flash dryer base is compact and it will not tip over because it is heavy.

This is a free standing FLASH dryer. This dryer can be used to flash dry your prints or process the final curing of your garments. Capable of curing plastisol ink. 1700 watt, on/off switch and over current protection. 16 X 16 heat opening.

Adjustable height floor stand 30" to 48". Sturdy Base with wheels for easy use. Plugs into a standard wall outlet. Runs on standard 20 amp house circuit.

We know that this unit will last years longer than the model that has the electrical control box in the same compartment as the heating elements. With excessive high temperature, the electrical switch, wire and fuses will prone to premature break down. Dryer is the one that electrical control box in the same compartment with heat elements. Special Note: The heating element is made of 1 continuous loop of tubing with about 3/8 diameter.
