DTG Printer - Direct to Garment printing system with an automatic electronic base. 1 Set of replacement dampers. 1 Set of tubes with needles (Use to fill bulk ink). 1 tube with a hose attached (Use for purging print head).
Adult platen with print area A3 size (11.5 inches x16.5 inches) and modified for Kids and Sleeve prints. CONFIGURATION OPTIONS: (C = Cyan, M = Magenta, W = White, W = White, K = Black, Y = Yellow). CONFIG OPTION 1: CMYK + WWWW - This configuration will allow you to print to both dark garments (such as black garments) and light garments (such as white garments), with 4-channels dedicated to the white DTG ink which is used when printing to dark garments (such as black garments). Since this configuration contains white DTG ink, it will require additional maintenance and troubleshooting as compared to config option 2 to ensure reliable, best quality prints. This is due to the inherent nature of white DTG ink, requiring more attention/maintenance.CONFIG OPTION 2: CMYK + CMYK - This configuration will allow you to print to light garments only (preferably to white garments). Since this configuration is a Dual-CMYK config, your printing speeds will be significantly faster than config option 1 (approx 30% faster)! This Dual-CMYK configuration requires far less maintenance and troubleshooting than printers configured with config option 1.
Room Temperature: This is by far the most important factor, in owning and operating any DTG Printer. Room Temperature should be below 76 Degrees Fahrenheit. If Humidity is too high, textile inks will begin to clog very quickly.
T-Shirt Material: For Best Results, we recommend 100% Cotton or 50/50 Blends. Also, Prints on white T-shirts are much more Vivid when Pretreatment is applied. Pretreat Sprayer: The Wagner sprayer is great for applying Pretreatment to garments. Heat Press: A "Good" Heat Press is required for curing Textile Inks after the garment is printed.
We Recommend size 16 x 20 any brand, BUT Hotronix or Geo Knight is better. Heat Press Sheets: We recommend using a Teflon Sheet or Parchment Paper. Teflon Sheet (Gives print a Gloss Finish) (Can also use to press pretreated T-Shirt).Parchment Paper (Gives print a SemiGloss Finish) (Can also use to press pretreated T-Shirt). Kraft Paper (Gives print a Matte Finish) DO NOT use to press Light Pretreated T-Shirts. Will eventually leave a yellow box on T-shirt.
What's NOT Included but you need. DuPont Textile Inks and Pretreatment. Windows 7 or higher Computer (PC) with an available USB port.
Heat press for finishing (curing) the final print - We recommend a 16x20 inch heat press. Empty Spray Bottle, Wagner Sprayer or Automatic pretreat machine to apply pretreatment, especially if you're using white ink for dark garments. Humidifier to keep the humidity above 40% in the print room. The item "DTG Printer Epson L1800 Print Dark & Light Tshirts Direct To Garment Business" is in sale since Sunday, April 19, 2020.
