LISTED BELOW IS OUR PRINTER TECHNICIAN NOTES ABOUT THE UNIT. CLIENT DID TAKE THE INK BAGS SO THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED, BUT EVERYTHING IN THE PHOTOS IS INCLUDED.

Rear roll paper cover cracked, rear housing dented, scuffed and scratched, ink cartridge cover and slot damaged, no ink, outfeed surface may be misaligned, partial accessories. Printer itself is damaged, rear housing dented, damage extends inward into roll paper chamber. Could be hidden internal damage, did not disassemble to examine.

Damage to the printer stand assembly, particularly the crossbar. Is bent but should still assemble. Printer powers on, boots into initial setup. Pictured all the accessory and accessory boxes. Accessory boxes unsealed but any internal seals were left intact.

I believe we're only missing the user guide and and the ink cartridges. Accessories include: stand assembly, ink well bracket assembly, roll paper adapters, ink well cartridges, ink waste bottle, waste bottle bracket assembly, power cords x2 (one for printer, small hardware bags a-g, one for auto take up reel), usb a to b, literature, cap cleaning kit, auto take up reel assembly w/ brackets, ds multi transfer roll paper, Epson edge print software.

We assembled to test with ink (from other printer) and the internals where the ink mounts is damaged and will not hold the containers. Looks like the best option is to sell it as is.
