JUNO 3x3 1 Ton (2,000psi) Pneumatic Rosin Press Machine for Plant Oil Extraction. Our Juno rosin presses are specially designed pieces of equipment that allow you to maximize the yield of rosin using intense pressure and your specified heat settings, to harvest the purest possible end product.

This Juno press's 1 Ton of pressure, and dual independently-controlled heated platens, allow the user to carefully control the application of heat and pressure to obtain the maximum yield of rosin. The greatest single factor impacting the yield of rosin you capture will be the quality and freshness of the plant product being used. High, even pressure and high temperature from the Juno's top and bottom heating platens are also extremely important in achieving overall efficiency harvesting the rosin.

If you use too much heat, you can actually harm the outcome, and too much pressure can crush material being processed. Instead, use of the lowest possible heat combined with a high even pressure over a reasonable amount of time makes for the best quality and output. Independently-controlled heat Platens: 3" x 3" Non-Stick coated. 1 ton (2,000 psi) of pressure. Temperature Range: 0° - 410º F.

Recommendations for filter bags / parchment paper (not included). 2 x 4 filter bags (90 micron for most cases). Heavy duty parchment paper (25 lb or more), food service quality.
