All other states in the U. We have had our Ri1000 DTG printer for 6 months (received December 2018) we love the printer, it prints on apparel, wood, canvas, and light polyester beautifully. DO NOT LOW BALL WITH OFFERS, THIS IS A NEWER DTG PRINTER WITH NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER 10K IS ALREADY EXTREMELY LOW FOR THE MACHINE. PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SEND AN OFFER. There is also a facebook Group for Ricoh Ri1000 owners, this group helps share ideas of printing, help with pretreating and everything DTG printing, incase you are a beginner this will help you feel more confident in printing.
Setup is very easy, you just plug up the machine to your computer, let it run maintenance for 45 minutes while its running maintenance you setup the anarip program (instruction manual has detailed instructions on how to install the software), After the maintenance is done and your program is installed you will be ready to install the ink cartridges, then print. I have seen plenty of scam posts on here advertising this printer with a different name and stock photos, I can assure you this is our printer, it is only 6 months old, I can send you more photos if needed with a note and your name in the photo just so you know this is not a "too good to be true" listing.
